Another way to add vegetable to kids meal

You can try making your omelette in another way. Are you tired of the boring omelette then this is for you. The waterleaf Omelette if you can't get Spinach where you reside. After trying this recipe you will always want your omelette this way.

Ingredients:
A handful or bunch of water leaf
Onions
Green bell pepper
3-4 tbs. Vegetable oil
Pinch of salt
4 eggs
Curry
Seasoning cubes

Directions:
Step 1: chop the waterleaf or spinach  and the onion, pepper. Break the egg in to a bowl.

Step 2: put 3-4 TBS of vegetable oil in a frying pan then pour in the vegetables, I also added curry and thyme with a little seasoning cube.


Fry till almost crisp but not burnt. Then pour in the egg after whisking and allow to set.
 Tada.your waterleaf omelette is ready.


This is a delicacy you can pair with bread or eat it alone, anyway you enjoy it and its another way to add vegetables to your kids meal.Healthy right.
